"www.DenverYoungProfessionals.com" along with its business partners (collectively, "We"), consider the privacy of all participants in Denver Young Professionals events and all users of our web site to be of the utmost importance. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices on our web site, as well as through other means in connection with Denver Young Professionals events. The Denver Young Professionals concept and its business is rapidly growing, and as such this privacy policy may be updated from time to time in order to maintain its accuracy. As a result, we encourage all participants and other visitors to our web site to review this privacy policy periodically to keep up to date.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We provide this notice to explain our online and off line information practices and the choices you can make about the way information is collected and used. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, at no time will we sell, trade, rent or use your personal information without your prior written consent. Our web site is intended for use by persons that are 21 years of age or older. You must be at least 21 years old to register for and participate in Denver Young Professionals events.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES DENVER YOUNG PROFESSIONALS GATHER?
Personally Identifiable Information: This is information that personally identifies you to others. It is required when you register for a Denver Young Professionals event or register as a member on the web site, and includes: your full name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. We use certain Personally Identifiable Information to, among other things: (1) announce upcoming Denver Young Professionals events and/or products, (2) announce upcoming events and/or products of our business partners. If you register for a Denver Young Professionals event (or attempt registration) your information is also added to our e-mail mailing list. At no time will other members of Denver Young Professionals or any persons using the web site have access to your Personally Identifiable Information, unless you choose to reveal that information to them.

Profile Information: This is information that you provide to us when you register on our web site, as a registered user, in your Profile folder, in order to provide other members with more information about you. This includes information that you choose to provide such as: (1) your user name; (2) your gender; (3) your age; (4) dating sexual preference; (5) county ; (6) marital status; (7) hometown; (8) industry; (9) position; (10) affiliations; (11) company; (12) schools; (13) hobbies and interests; (14) favorites; (15) a photo of you.

Credit Card Information: We do not collect credit card information.

Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses www.DYP.com. Please see a more detailed explanation of "cookies" below. A number of companies offer utilities designed to help you visit web sites anonymously. Although we will not be able to provide you with a personalized experience at www.DYP.com if we cannot recognize you, we want you to be aware that these tools exist.

Members have the opportunity to e-mail other Members on the web site through Denver Young Professional's e-mail system. At no time will your personal e-mail address or your identity be revealed, unless you choose to reveal that information to someone. The only information that the recipient of your e-mail will have access to is your user name and profile information that is posted on the Denver Young Professionals web site.

E-MAIL PREFERENCES
When you register as a user on the Denver Young Professional web site you automatically agree to: (1) have e-mails sent to you to notify you of upcoming Denver Young Professionals events; (2) have e-mails sent to you to notify you of special announcements. You may, at any time, "opt out" of any of these by going to the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the emails.

DOES DYP SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?
Information about members is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share your personal information only as follows:

Business Partners and Sponsors: Our web site and Denver Young Professionals events are run by us together with our business partners. We also offer businesses the opportunity to sponsor Denver Young Professionals events and place advertising for these businesses on our web site and in our monthly email newsletter. By registering for a Denver Young Professionals event and/or posting your profile information on the Denver Young Professionals web site you give us your permission to provide your name, age, gender and e-mail address to any of our business partners and/or sponsors. We will use our best efforts to assure that our business partners and sponsors use the information provided to them solely for their own business purposes and do not disseminate this information to any other persons; provided, however, that we cannot guarantee their compliance with these provisions. Denver Young Professionals has no control over the use of your information by any business partner or sponsor after it has been provided to them.

Tell Your Friends: Members are given the opportunity to tell their friends about Denver Young Professionals by providing us, online, with their friends' first names and e-mail addresses. We will use this information to send an e-mail to these friends with information on Denver Young Professionals. We will not send these friends any follow-up emails and will not maintain their information in our database, unless they register with us.

Certain Necessary or Required Disclosure of Information: In addition to the other circumstances described herein, we may disclose information provided by you if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect our rights or properties or when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities.

ONLINE and OFF-LINE SURVEYS
We value opinions and comments from members and you may have the opportunity to give us your feedback through online and off-line surveys. Survey information collected will be aggregated and used to make improvements to the site and to improve our service and general offerings. We take all reasonable precautions to protect our users' personal information. When you submit sensitive information via this web site, your information is protected both on- and off-line and the information resides within a controlled and secure infrastructure.
